* Each of the main services includes up to two delivery attempts. The first is performed within the delivery time specified for the respective service above. For shipments transported with Standard Express service to settlements falling within Zone 4 and Zone 5 shall be carried out according to the service schedule of the respective settlement , but not later than 3 (three) working days from acceptance of the shipment. The second delivery attempt shall be made only after clarification with the consignor and / or consignee of the consignment, except when the reason for non-delivery of the consignment is that the consignee cannot be found at the address indicated by the consignor in the transport document.
Additional services
A non-documentary shipment is delivered to the receiver against payment of an amount determined by the shipper. Reimbursement (payment) of the amount of the Cash on Delivery (COD) to the shipper can be made in cash at the address, by bank transfer or with the service Postal money order.
The shipper may extend the limit of liability of In Time, defined in the “General Terms and Conditions for Relations with Users of” IN TIME “Ltd.”, if when submitting a non-document shipment declares a higher value of the content and pay the relevant fee.
Upon delivery of a shipment, documents related to this shipment, are picked up from the receiver and returned to the shipper in a “Letter” shipment with the Standard Express service.
In Time sends you a copy of the document confirming the delivery of your shipment. The service is performed within three business days from the delivery of the shipment. The delivery date of the shipment is not considered when calculating the deadline for returning the return receipt.
These services provide additional opportunities to the receiver before accepting the shipment and paying the amounts due.
